STEAK – Beef, Lamb, Pork, Fish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Apply your choice of The Good Rub blends generously to both sides of steak
  2. Marinate overnight
  3. Bring your protein to room temperature by removing from fridge a few hours before cooking
  4. Brush with oil before oil before cooking
  5. Place protein on a medium / hot pan (should sizzle) and cook to desired taste.

SWEET POTATO CHIPS

INGREDIENTS

  1. Sweet potato sliced into chips
  2. Coconut Oil
  3. The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chips into a bag
  2. Add Coconut Oil melted
  3. Sprinkle raw sweet potato chips with The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet
  4. Shake and Bake at 180 degrees calculus
  5. Bake until brown and crunchy

CELERY SNACK – SMOKY SPICY SWEET

INGREDIENTS

  1. Celery
  2. Cream Cheese
  3. The Good Rub Smokey Spicy Sweet

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill celery stick with cream cheese
  2. Sprinkle desired amount of SSS Blend over snack.

POPPED CORN – NO OIL METHOD

INGREDIENTS

  1. ¼ Cup popping corn
  2. 1 brown paper bag
  3. The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place popping corn into brown paper bag
  2. Fold end of bag over to stop corn popping out
  3. Microwave on medium power for 2 mins (stop microwave if no popping for 3 seconds)
  4. Sprinkle The Good Rub SSS blend generously into bag and shake.
